Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. Arrival is self check-in with a key box: all instructions are sent to you a few days before your stay.
Is there a minimum stay?
It depends on the season: two nights in winter, a week from Saturday to Saturday in high summer. It becomes more flexible as dates approach; the booking calendar always shows what is currently possible.
How is the price made up?
Two mandatory flat fees are added to the nightly price: bed linen and towels (€15 per person per stay) and final cleaning (€30 for Cap Bourne and Cap Eastham, €50 for Cap Barnstable). A pet is €30 per stay. Tourist tax is added; fibre Wi-Fi and private parking are included.
How does booking work?
You send your request online and immediately receive your rental agreement by email, to sign online. Signing secures a provisional booking; the booking is confirmed once the 30% deposit is received by bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival. No online card payment.

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel more than 3 months before arrival, 75% between 3 and 2 months, 50% between 2 and 1 month; within one month it is retained. We recommend cancellation insurance.
Is there a security deposit?
A €1000 security deposit is requested on arrival. It is returned on departure, less the cost of any duly documented damage.
How much is the tourist tax?
€1.87 per night per adult (18 and over), collected with your booking and paid to the local authority.
